Nice sense of movement. Her hair is gorgeous, especially towards the bottom. Just one tip: I think it needs more contrast. If there's one thing I've learnt about painting/drawing/whatever, it's that you can _always_ make your shadows darker and your highlights lighter. Well, nearly always, anyway. ^^ Take the yellow bit of her skirt, for example. The fold around her leg is a pretty dark brown and stands out very sharply against the golden highlight next to it.
